Whimsy Tee operates as a Print-on-Demand business. Products are custom-printed upon receipt of an order through third-party manufacturing partners.

Product Descriptions and Graphics: We strive to display the colors, mockups, and details of our items as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may slightly vary due to monitor settings, screen resolutions, and natural variations in the print-on-demand physical ink process.
Sizing: Sizing charts are provided on relevant product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing measurements before placing an order.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delays and Customs: Whimsy Tee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, inclement weather, or customs holds for international shipments. Customs duties or import taxes imposed by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because all products are made to order upon placement:

Non-Returnable Items: We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a noticeable print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our support channel with clear photographs of the defect and your order details. Confirmed defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra charge.
Order Cancellations: Orders enter production shortly after placement. Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made immediately. Once an item has entered production, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
